2018 has been challenging. Voice Acting has its ups and downs and 2018 has been a real downer. By June I was so discouraged that I decided to find a new bookkeeping client. I just wanted to work 2 days a week and have steady dependable income. I found a client in September. They claimed they needed me 2 to 2 and a half days a week. I was working for them 3 to 4 days a week with work piling up on me. I had to drop the client after a month because I knew that I was killing my voice acting career. I got my first 2018 booking through my Agent soon after I left; a small glimmer of hope! This may seem like a no-brainer, but I am now exclusively seeking voice acting opportunities. The goal is to find repeat business that will fill in the gaps between auditions and bookings through my Agents. I fully expect 2019 to be more lucrative than 2018.

Starting a new website is challenging. Everything is working and looking great, but the security certificate isn't working yet. It likely has something to do with custom coding used for the soundcloud files. These issues should be ironed out within a couple of days. If anyone has any ideas of how to fix the security certificate issues in squarespace, please comment.
